Production starts once your order is paid. Business days are Monday to Friday. Pick up in Winston-Salem Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 8 pm, or we ship with USPS, FedEx or UPS and send tracking.

Can I print on both sides?

Yes. Upload one picture for the front and another for the back, or one design that wraps all the way around.

Ordering for a group?

6+ mugs save 10% · 12+ save 15%, applied automatically.

What kind of file should I upload?

A PNG or JPG of your finished design, as sharp as you have. Each upload box in the builder shows the ideal size in pixels, and it warns you if a picture may print soft.

Is there a minimum order?

Custom orders have a $25 minimum before tax. Everything custom in your cart counts toward it, so you can mix a banner, stickers and signs.
