A kiss-cut sticker is essentially a sticker surrounded by removable backing material that's larger than the sticker itself. The term 'kiss cut' refers to the laser-cutting technique used to cut around the sticker while leaving the backing material intact, so that the two are effectively “kissing”. 

Kiss cut stickers are typically produced using a specialized cutting tool, such as a vinyl cutter or plotter, that is programmed to create a precise cut through the top layer of the vinyl material without cutting through the backing material.

This is the most common cut that we do for our customers. Unless special ordered, your stickers will come "Kiss-Cut".

“Die Cut” means that the sticker is cut around the contour of your design. Unlike stickers in the standard shapes of a circle, square, or rectangle, die cut stickers will be completely customized to the shape of your artwork. Any shape sticker you're imagining is possible as a die cut. This cut will go through the vinyl as well as the vinyl backing.

We can make a sticker as small as 2 inches in diameter.

This question really depends on the sticker design. Anywhere between 55 inches and 100 inches.

Yes, the minimum quantity of 50 shirts are required for screen printing.

Screen printing labor and ink are supplied at no additional charge. There is a screen fee in the amount of $25 per screen for the first order placed per image.
