We currently do not authorize returns. Since our business is centered on printed products, returning items would lead to their disposal.

Custom orders take time to plan materials and set up the design which happens shortly after purchase. Therefore, we do not accept cancellations.

We provide a 1 year warranty on all items. In case of any problems, please reach out to us promptly.

1. Application Method (The "Transfer" Requirement)

• Decals: Composed of three layers: a backing paper, the vinyl design, and a top layer of transfer tape. This tape holds complex or multi-part designs (like lettering) together, allowing you to lift them from the backing and place them precisely without them falling apart.
• Stickers: Usually two layers: the design (printed on paper or vinyl) and the backing paper. They are "peel-and-stick," designed for simple, one-piece applications. 

2. Composition and Durability

• Decals: Almost always made of cut vinyl, designed for long-term outdoor use, and are waterproof, weather-resistant, and UV-resistant.
• Stickers: Often made of paper or lighter vinyl. While vinyl stickers can be used outdoors, many stickers are designed for short-term, indoor, or promotional use. 

3. Appearance

• Decals: Because they are transferred, they often have no background or border, appearing as if they are painted or printed directly on the surface.
• Stickers: Usually have a cut-out border (die-cut) or a white edge, and the entire piece is applied at once. 

Note: All decals are technically a type of sticker, but not all stickers are decals. 

Our stickers and decals are crafted from vinyl products like 3M, Avery, Oracal, and Briteline with a permanent adhesive. Latex Inks are utilized for printing, ensuring a robust and long-lasting product suitable for outdoor applications.

Our stickers and decals are crafted using state-of-the-art HP printers and plotters that meet GREENGUARD Gold standards.

We can print up to 55" x 150'-- please message us for special sizing / price.

Our vinyl stickers and decals are waterproof and weatherproof, making them suitable for application on a wide range of surfaces, whether indoors or outdoors. Withstanding rain, sleet, or snow, these stickers are engineered to have a lifespan of roughly 5 years in outdoor conditions.

Great for use on Car Windows.

Our stickers are NOT dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended by the majority of vinyl manufacturers due to varying dish washer temperatures, which could result in shrinking and, or melting of adhesive.

We do offer design alterations available for a small fee. We offer custom quotes for projects of all types. If a design alteration is needed, please contact us before proceeding. We offer small adjustments for a $10 fee. Intricate designs are charged at $45 hourly rate.

We do not guarantee a color match but do print with the latest print technology. Our printers are calibrated to get your colors as close as possible.

Production starts once your order is paid and your proof is approved (builder orders are approved with the instant proof). Each builder shows the turnaround times available for your item before you add it to your cart, and the time you pick is listed on your cart and order confirmation.

We ship with USPS with tracking. Your order ships once production is done (the turnaround for each item is shown in its builder and on your order confirmation). Actual delivery dates may vary due to holidays or post office setbacks. If you need quicker shipping, please message us BEFORE placing your order to see if we can accommodate. If you place your order before messaging us, standard processing and shipping times will apply. Please understand that if your delivery is delayed because of USPS, we are not responsible, as once the package is picked up we have no control over delivery. Delivery dates are not guaranteed, but are estimates. We cannot refund if we ship on time and your order is delayed through USPS.

Double check your shipping address is correct prior to ordering. If you give us the wrong address, we will need you to repurchase with the correct address. After new purchase has been made, we will cancel and refund the previous order. We only ship to the address given at checkout. If we need to reprint/reship, it will be at the cost of the customer.
