Meet the owners
John & Jenn met back in 2012 and married on August 30th, 2014. John brought two boys, Jackson & Mason, into the family, and as time passed, John & Jenn had three more boys: Aiden, Aaron & Dylan. Those five boys are where the name Five Monkey Print Shop comes from.
They started the business in 2018, when John bought Jenn a Cricut Maker for Mother's Day. They began with simple vinyl decals, then added custom tumblers, personalized glass tiles and Christmas ornaments, and later T-shirts with heat transfer vinyl and screen printing. Today the shop focuses on stickers, banners, signs, decals and vehicle graphics, and no longer offers apparel.
Sparks were flying in John's head about bigger and better machines for stickers and decals. A couple of years later, they invested in an HP Latex 335 printer and cutter combo. It was a big investment, but it opened the door to so much more: it prints stickers and banners that are weatherproof and highly durable.
They run Five Monkey Print Shop from their home studio in Winston-Salem, with big plans to open a storefront in the future.
Paid orders are ready for contactless pickup Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 8 pm. Anything else is by appointment.
