Shipping policy

Free shipping on orders $100+

Orders with a subtotal of $100 or more ship free within the United States by standard shipping, for packages up to about 10 lb. Heavier or oversized orders (for example large car magnets, rigid signs in bulk or big banners) pay shipping calculated by weight at checkout.

Orders under $100

Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout using USPS rates. Small orders under 1 lb can ship USPS First Class for a flat $6.99.

Free local pickup

Local to Winston-Salem? Choose local pickup at checkout and pick up at 1000 Kings Meadow Drive, Winston-Salem, NC 27127, Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 8 pm. We'll let you know when your order is ready.

Processing time

Production starts once your order is paid. Standard production is 3–5 business days; rush production is available on most products. Your order ships when production is finished, with tracking.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only.

Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once a package is handed to the carrier we can't control delays, and we can't refund an order that shipped on time but was delayed in transit. Please double check your shipping address before ordering: if an order needs to be reshipped because of a wrong address, reshipping is at the customer's cost.
