Production starts once your order is paid. Business days are Monday to Friday. Pick up in Winston-Salem Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 8 pm, or we ship with USPS, FedEx or UPS and send tracking.

Questions

Which side is the front?

The left half of the wrap is the front and the right half is the back, and the two ends meet at the seam. Upload a front and a back picture and we place each one for you, or check your full wrap in the 3D preview.

Can each tumbler have a different name?

Yes. Pick a template and type the name in the changes box, or upload a design with the name on it. Add it to your cart, then do the next one.

Can you change the wording on a template?

Yes. Pick a ready-made design in the builder and type what you want changed, like your family name or a date. Changes are a flat $10, and you can ask us to email a proof before it prints. Leave it as-is and there is no fee.

Is there a minimum order?

Custom orders have a $25 minimum before tax. Everything custom in your cart counts toward it, so you can mix a banner, stickers and signs.
